# Join Ellie Cartwright for Insights on Adventure Documentary Filmmaking

Are you an aspiring adventure documentary filmmaker? Students, screen professionals … you’re invited.

Join us on Wednesday 30 October (6-8pm), to meet Ellie Cartwright, a seasoned adventure documentary filmmaker, who will share her journey in the world of filmmaking with us at this exclusive event for the local screen industry, organised by Sunshine Coast Screen Collective.

Ellie will provide an engaging overview of the various types of films she has worked on, showcasing snippets and trailers to give you a taste of her unique storytelling style.

Attendees will gain valuable career advice tailored for aspiring filmmakers, including insights on different roles within the industry and recommendations for relevant work experience.

The session will conclude with an exciting announcement about her upcoming workshop in 2025, designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in adventure documentary filmmaking.
