You can expect interesting talks from a range of excellent speakers, ranging from the practical eg automating your build pipeline to the educational "intro to machine learning workshop" to the inspirational, eg "Music meets Code".
This month one of the speakers is an early employee of RedHat (the company that IBM recently bought for for $34 billion) and tech product marketing guru. There are sponsored networking drinks and pizza.

Java users will be playing on a private realm server (only accessible to the girls in the group). Pocket Edition users will play on a local network, also only accessible to girls in the group.

Kids will become familiar with computer hardware and functions, video game design principles, coding.
